Our journey began with a simple distributor business model and evolved to an employer with more than 200 regular employees and thousands of external employees.
2001-2003

Our story started with an exclusive distributor license (high volume offset printing machines), which represented a turning point for us and has significantly influenced
the direction of our business story

And so it begins
We grabbed the opportunity to move forward, accepted the challange and became the part of the big printing house as the coowner. We stepped into the production of transaction documents and integration of shipment in the addressed postal network.

Fresh ideas
We have optimalized our portfolio of machines and implemented the innovative paper
wrapping technology to be able to oer more sofisticated and eective printing process.
We have gained big players in the field of transaction documents – Slovak Telekom (Tmobile), SPP, Orange, Tatra Banka, Slovenska Sporitelna.

2008-2009
Groundbreaking upgrade
As the first one int the EMEA region, we have produced a full-colour printing of dynamically changing personalized transaction and marketing documents. Our revolutionary TransPromo products has changed use of direct marketing, which helped to upgrade our contracts and increases the contract amount to 15 mil. €.

2009 – 2010
STEP INTO THE POSTAL INDUSTRY

2010-2012
TRANSITION TO ANOTHER SECTOR
After selling the printing house, we started a strategic partnership with InPost PL,
where we were responsible for the expansion of parcel locker network outside of PL.
We built a network of 150 locations in SK & CZ and become a blueprint for the
further countries. We covered the service from A to Z (production, deployment,
project management, operations, technical support, SW integrations, and sales.).

2014-2017
GLOBAL EXPANSION
We launched the additional markets in EMEA (with direct responsibility for China &
Hong Kong) and built the biggest global network of parcel lockers. In every country we
operated the own network cooperating with local partners (e-shops, courier companies,
national posts), which helped us to build the business network as well.

LAUNCHING NEW COUNTRIES

2017 - 2018
ANOTHER PORTFOLIO EXTENSION
We decided to develop another type of automated machine. We joined the
forces with an experienced IT company Arbitas entered the field of financial
services and payment kiosks – we developed the multifunctional financial
terminal (UFOX kiosk). This period was really challenging for us, as financial
the services sector is much more closed as we expected.

2018 - 2019
RESTART OF OUR CORE BUSINESS
We won the tender for the project NAY parcel lockers, as they wanted to build their own network. Our joint team developed customized SW, used a new model of parcel locker (from another producer), and fulfill all clients´ requirements. After the successful testing phase, further roll-out of 50 pcs. is
planned for 2020/2021.

2019 - 2020
INNOVATION BOOM
Our comeback to the parcel locker industry was welcomed by many of our former business partners, and we got the opportunity to be a part of many progressive projects - initial development of robotized parcel lockers (Retail Robotics PL), consultant role for entering EU markets (Rovenma TR), sales of the newest type of classic parcel locker – operated only with a smartphone (Packobox HK).
